This is a reminder that Nomination Forms, Biographies and Videos are due to the IEO (office@bccoga.ca) no later than 4:00 p.m., Thursday, October 8, 2026. Candidates will receive a confirmation email upon receipt.
Nominated candidates may provide:
- A short, written biography (maximum single-sided 8½” x 11” page) which includes their platform or reasons for seeking election if desired.
- A photo of the candidate.
- A maximum 5-minute video biography which includes their platform or reasons for seeking election if desired. The ideal format for a recorded biography is a minimum 720p landscape formation The message should be as complete and brief as possible to ensure quality viewing experience.
Photos and written biographies will be posted on the BCMMB website, as well as distributed in the Voting Package. Videos will be posted to the BCMMB website only.
Voting Producer Registration Forms must be submitted by 10:00 a.m., Friday, October 9, 2026, to info@bcmilk.com. By law, all partnerships, firms, and corporations are required to designate a Voting Producer. To be eligible to vote in the 2026 BCMMB Election, your Voting Producer designation must be current and on file by the registration deadline.
