2021 BCMMB Election – Distribution of Voting Packages:
Voting Packages for the 2021 BCMMB Election were distributed electronically on October 22, 2021. The packages included: instructions for completing the electronic voting ballot, a one-time use PIN, biographies of nominees, and the link to the electronic ballot.

On-line Ballots must be SUBMITTED no later than 4:30 pm PST, November 23rd, 2021. Please note that if you do not submit your vote by this date/time it will not be counted.
Please note there is no in person voting at the AGM.
