This is a reminder that Nomination Forms* for the 2023 BCMMB Election are due no later than 4:00 pm, Tuesday, October 10th. Nomination Forms* must be completed in full and returned to the IEO at office@bccoga.ca
Nominee Biographies/Video Bios are due no later than 4:00 pm, Tuesday, October 10th. Both written and recorded biographies are to be sent to the IEO at office@bccoga.ca
Please note:
- a written biography may be a maximum single-sided 8½” x 11” page. A photo may also be included. If received by the date requested, it will be included in the October 17, 2023, Voting Package.
- a recorded biography’s ideal format is a minimum 720p landscape formation resolution. The message should be as complete and brief as possible to ensure a quality viewing experience.
Voting Producer Registration Forms^ are due no later than 10:00 am, Thursday, October 12, 2023. All partnerships, firms, or corporations are required by law to appoint a Voting Producer. To be eligible to vote in the 2023 MMB Election you must appoint or change your Voting Producer no later than 10 am, Thursday, October 12, 2023. Instructions are on the form.
