When milk samples are taken on farm, we affix a unique barcode to coordinate and differentiate between milk samples for testing. We are aware of an issue where we received a batch of duplicate barcodes from our supplier that has impacted many producers. This has resulted in some producers receiving test results or volumes that are not representative of their milk from September 5th. We are currently trying to correct the issue. Additionally, we have a system in place to identify and delete any faulty results after they are tested.
