MMS and BC Milk Systems Update
As of Sunday morning, the MMS system is back up and running. Producers, processors and transporters can now log back into their accounts and view their respective data. We are aware of some missing pickup/delivery data from late June and early July which staff will be entering into the system today and early this week. If you notice missing pickup/delivery data in your account, please be patient as we compile that data and we will be notifying producers and processors when this data entry is complete and asking for your review of that information.
Milk pickup and milk testing emails have not been sent to producers, but we expect this service to be restored later today or early this week. You can continue to check this data by reviewing it through the MMS portal.
Our IT provider has been working around the clock to resolve these issues and continues to see no evidence that personal or confidential data was compromised.
